- Removed Drivers -> Disk -> IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector since Clover can provide this

- Removed Drivers -> Disk -> TRIM Enabler since it's no longer needed

- Removed Drivers -> Graphics since Clover can provide this

- Removed Drivers -> Misc -> ElliottForceLegacyRTC, EvOreboot and NullCPUPowerManagement since Clover can provide these functions
